1. How long will my order take for delivery?
Ans. 5 to 6 working days
2. How do I track my order?
Ans. You will receive an email with your tracking number and an active link to track it live as soon as the order is shipped from the warehouse, Please enter your email id while placing the order to get all updates.
3. What will happen if I miss my order/package delivery?
Ans. Be rest assured! We attempt to deliver any undelivered prepaid orders at least three times. The product will be reshipped at an additional shipping cost of ₹125 (to be borne by the customer) and if the order is cancelled by the customer, a refund coupon code will be issued post deduction of shipping charges of ₹250.
4. Can we exchange the products we purchased?
Ans. Yes. We accept returns or exchange ONLY if the product received by you has been in a damaged condition, missing parts or accessories or doesn't match the description of the product that you ordered. Unedited unboxing video of parcel opening is very important. Please share the video with us within 24 hours of receiving the order. You can email us at teamevarifashion@gmail.com. The product should be unused and all the product tags and original packaging should be intact
However, We shall not accept any products that are sold during a Clearance Sale.
